Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using modern web technologies.
  • Own frontend features and modules from requirements through implementation, testing, and production.
  • Build reusable components and frontend patterns and make architectural and implementation decisions.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve frontend reliability and maintainability.
  • Develop test cases, participate in code reviews, and improve frontend engineering practices and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and frontend development standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, web security principles, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with consumer-facing or high-scale web applications, reusable component design, frontend testing frameworks, browser performance profiling, modern frontend build tools, CI/CD, deployment workflows, and high-growth technology or ecommerce environments.
