Responsibilities

  • Architect and design PCIe firmware for the DPU with an emphasis on device security.
  • Develop, maintain, and debug PCIe issues, including using protocol analyzers.
  • Contribute to DPU driver code and related host software and support.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
  • Mentor team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Preferred: 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, particularly C or C++, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of embedded and/or operating-system kernel development experience.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience designing and architecting complex software systems.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of technical leadership and/or mentoring experience.
  • Experience with PCIe protocol analyzers is preferred.
  • Experience with storage protocols such as NVMe is preferred.
  • Experience with PCIe switches and fabrics is preferred.
