Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and convert them into software designs and code.
- Develop AUTOSAR-based embedded software for ADAS products.
- Perform AUTOSAR modeling and system configuration, including SWC compositions, component instances, and connectors.
- Optimize AUTOSAR software architecture in multicore environments.
- Develop and integrate ARXML and AUTOSAR BSW components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address module obstacles and deliver innovations.
- Plan, monitor, and manage work against project targets.
- Perform SWE.1 through SWE.6 activities, code profiling, and optimization.
- Resolve RTE changes and merge them to Gerrit.
- Work flexibly according to project needs in an agile development environment.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Robotics.
- 6–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with ARXML integration and AUTOSAR BSW stack development.
- Knowledge of COM stacks including CAN and LIN, memory stacks, diagnostic stacks, operating systems, and watchdogs.
- Experience with embedded development tools such as compilers, debuggers, serial data tools, and CANoe.
- Experience with embedded microprocessors, operating systems, I/O drivers, and communication drivers.
- Experience with build frameworks such as Bazel, MTS Make, and CMake.
- Experience with version control and issue-tracking tools including Plastic, Git, Gerrit, Polarion, Jira, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Experience resolving RTE changes and merging them to Gerrit.
- Experience with code profiling, optimization, MISRA, and unit testing.
- Prior experience with CI/CD or build management.
- Strong communication, learning, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
