Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and optimize core enterprise platform features.
- Use AI coding assistants to generate, review, evaluate, and improve production code.
- Lead technical story breakdowns, acceptance criteria, and architectural design through implementation.
- Conduct code reviews, develop automated tests, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Resolve emergent platform issues and build automation to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate in Agile development cycles using Git for version control.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related technical or analytical discipline is required; equivalent experience is not accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Five or more years of professional software engineering experience with a BS, or one or more years with a Master of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expert coding, scripting, and debugging proficiency in one or more core enterprise programming languages.
- Solid technical domain expertise and the ability to contribute at a senior individual contributor level.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and evaluating, coaching others on, and selectively applying AI-generated code in production.
- Preferred experience operating and cloud-provisioning services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
