Responsibilities
- Implement the configuration management plan under the direction of the Configuration Lead.
- Design and customize software configurations to meet business process and application requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective software configurations.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Lead alignment between software configurations and business requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to configuration problems and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and software customization techniques.
- Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into software configurations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex configuration challenges.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
