Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze the needs of operations teams.
- Design and develop operational automation solutions.
- Create dashboards, performance indicators, alerting, and reporting solutions.
- Maintain and enhance developed solutions.
- Produce associated technical documentation.
- Participate in technical studies and architecture documentation.
- Propose and experiment with AI use cases to improve infrastructure operations and processes.
Requirements
- Advanced Splunk skills, including complex SPL, interactive dashboards, alerting, and reporting.
- Advanced Python development skills for automation, data processing, API development, and DevOps libraries.
- Experience with Ansible, AAP, and AWX, including playbook writing, deployment automation, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of Linux, particularly RHEL; Control-M; VMware; Nutanix; Shell/Bash; Git; GitLab or Gitea; and Red Hat Satellite.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, KPI management, dashboards, system hardening, and secrets management.
- Experience working in a critical production environment.
