Responsibilities
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins des équipes d’exploitation.
- Concevoir et développer des automatisations d’exploitation.
- Créer des dashboards, indicateurs de performance, alertes et reportings.
- Maintenir et faire évoluer les solutions développées.
- Produire la documentation technique associée.
- Participer aux études techniques et aux dossiers d’architecture.
- Proposer et expérimenter des cas d’usage de l’IA pour améliorer les processus et l’exploitation des infrastructures.
Requirements
- Maîtriser Splunk à un niveau avancé, notamment SPL complexe, dashboards interactifs, alerting et reporting.
- Maîtriser Python à un niveau avancé pour l’automatisation, le traitement de données, le développement d’API et l’utilisation de bibliothèques DevOps.
- Maîtriser Ansible, AAP et AWX pour rédiger des playbooks, automatiser les déploiements et gérer les workflows.
- La connaissance de Linux, notamment RHEL, et de l’administration Windows est fortement recherchée.
- La connaissance de VMware, Nutanix, Shell/Bash, Git, GitLab ou Gitea et Red Hat Satellite est fortement recherchée.
- Connaître les pratiques de monitoring, d’observabilité, de gestion des KPI et de création de tableaux de bord.
- Connaître la sécurité des systèmes, notamment le hardening et la gestion des secrets.
- Avoir une expérience en environnement de production critique.
