Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze the needs of operations teams.
- Design and develop operational automations.
- Create dashboards and performance indicators.
- Maintain and enhance developed solutions.
- Produce associated technical documentation.
- Participate in technical studies and architecture documentation.
- Propose and experiment with AI use cases to improve infrastructure processes and operations.
Requirements
- Advanced Splunk skills, including complex SPL, interactive dashboards, alerting, and reporting.
- Advanced Python development skills for automation, data processing, API development, and DevOps libraries.
- Ansible, AAP, and AWX skills, including playbook development, deployment automation, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of Linux, particularly RHEL; Control-M; VMware or Nutanix; Shell or Bash; Git and GitLab or Gitea; and Red Hat Satellite.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, KPI management, dashboards, system security hardening, and secrets management.
- Experience in a critical production environment.
