Base Salary
$147k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Represent Auth0 at industry events, conferences, and webinars through public speaking and developer engagement.
- Create technical blog posts, tutorials, videos, labs, and other content about Auth0 and customer identity.
- Build and nurture relationships with influential developers and customers.
- Help startup developers understand and implement identity, access management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Support developers implementing Auth0 in their applications.
- Represent developer needs within the Auth0 Product unit and collaborate with Product and Architecture teams.
- Review early documentation, SDKs, and product capabilities and provide developer feedback to shape APIs, features, and improvements.
Requirements
- Technical background or strong understanding of application development and IT operations.
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or implementing software tools and products.
- Ability to explain complex technology concepts clearly and intuitively to developers.
- Experience as a Developer Advocate, Developer Evangelist, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Customer Success Manager, or Technical Account Manager is preferred.
- Experience with at least one of OAuth, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or LDAP is preferred.
- Understanding of application security concerns including password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, and XSRF is preferred.
- Experience building web, mobile, and IoT applications using front-end and back-end languages or frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, browser developer tools, HTTP traffic, and HTTP clients such as curl or Postman is preferred.
- Experience running code sprints or technology workshops and working with startup, nonprofit, or SaaS developer communities is preferred.
