Base Salary
$138k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML algorithms and solutions for Trust and Safety challenges.
- Translate research findings into scalable engineering systems aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical presentations.
- Identify improvements that enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay current with AI/ML research and apply emerging techniques to strengthen engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python or another relevant programming language.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models and a solid understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
- NLP experience is a plus.
- Academic or personal AI projects and demonstrated curiosity about emerging AI possibilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
