Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, acquisition, deployment, and integration of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead controls, compliance initiatives, projects, and technology domain roadmaps.
- Define system enhancements and product customizations for new products and process improvements.
- Identify root causes, business impacts, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and influence engineering decisions through advice and counsel.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and firm controls.
Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- High proficiency in at least one backend object-oriented programming language, preferably Python or Java.
- Knowledge of databases, networking, REST APIs, and CLI tools.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and project management.
- Experience in financial services or a large, complex, and/or global environment is recommended.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, written, verbal, prioritization, ownership, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.

- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $120,800.00-$170,800.00.
