Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, deploy new products, and implement process improvements.
- Resolve complex, high-impact business and system process problems through detailed analysis and evaluation of industry standards.
- Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze complex issues, define problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and programming software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances change.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.

- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $120,800.00-$170,800.00 per year.
