Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Modernize and optimize technology platforms, infrastructure, and technology controls.
- Develop engineering solutions that improve system reliability, availability, performance, and robustness while reducing technical debt and MTTR.
- Partner with development, operations, and management teams to integrate functions, deploy products, and implement process improvements.
- Resolve complex, high-impact problems through analysis of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Develop and apply standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze system and infrastructure issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Programming experience in Java.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Groovy, and Tekton.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with container orchestration and management platforms such as OpenShift.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms including Jenkins, Harness.io, TeamCity, Bamboo, SonarQube, Artifactory, Nexus, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, JFrog, Maven, Gradle, Ant, or Nant.
- Experience with at least two version-control tools among Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab.
- Experience implementing microservices and distributed applications using containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
- Experience with ALM tools such as Jira and knowledge of Agile ways of working.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, data-driven, and results-oriented skills.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $120,800.00 to $170,800.00 per year.
