Base Salary
$132k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA Engineers on functional design and requirements analysis.
- Lead the design and development of products in a metadata-driven environment.
- Build and maintain robust, efficient, and maintainable code using object-oriented frameworks and class modeling.
- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers through activities such as pair programming, code reviews, and hackathons.
- Design and analyze software for performance, usability, and configurability.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with UML, web application development, or SaaS technologies.
- At least 6 years of experience designing and developing with an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C#, or C++.
- At least 6 years of experience designing and developing business applications.
- At least 6 years of experience with software performance design and analysis.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and application development focused on usability and configurability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; the role may require TS/SCI with CI Poly, with an active clearance preferred.
- Preferred DoD 8570/8140 compliance with at least IAT Level II certification, including a current Computing Environment credential and an approved specialty certification such as CompTIA CySA+, GICSP, or CASP+.
- U.S. citizenship is required for personnel working on the applicable federal government contracts.
