Responsibilities
- Design and lead CI/CD platforms, solution architectures, adoption strategies, and automation best practices.
- Optimize CI jobs for efficiency and cost, and automate application deployments using Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts, and Ansible playbooks or roles.
- Design monitoring and management tools and deployment processes focused on visibility and high availability.
- Partner with developers and cross-functional departments to deliver practical automation solutions that improve daily workflows.
- Lead performance and test automation integration into CI/CD pipelines and resolve complex operational issues related to upgrades, installations, and configurations.
- Mentor and guide developers and team members while identifying internal efficiencies and staying current with industry practices.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps release management, container-based platforms, and configuration management tools.
- Experience administering Linux and Windows, using scripting tools, and configuring enterprise web applications.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment SaaS environments.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, employees, customers, and partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience designing CI/CD platforms, deployment automation, monitoring and management tools, and high-availability processes.
- Preferred experience leading test automation integration and mentoring, influencing, and collaborating across teams.
