Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features as part of a Pod team.
- Build and maintain APIs with a focus on data integrity and security.
- Develop front-end interfaces prioritizing user experience and accessibility.
- Contribute to AI-powered feature development as skills grow.
- Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers on design and UX.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Participate in code reviews to foster growth and learning.
- Share in production support responsibilities, including on-call duties.
- Explore new AI tools and techniques to enhance team knowledge.
- Ramp up on unfamiliar codebase areas using AI tooling and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Genuine passion for software craft demonstrated through personal projects or contributions.
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system operations.
- Comfort with both frontend and backend development, or strong interest in learning the other.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI developer tools or a strong interest in them.
- Instinct to read documentation, trace code, and contribute quickly.
- Mindset of ownership and care about the quality of shipped work.
- Personal projects or coursework involving AI or ML features are a plus.
- Exposure to third-party AI APIs or frameworks is advantageous.
- A GitHub profile showcasing curiosity and learning through side projects.
