Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for assigned customers.
- Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping through production rollout.
- Build demos, reference implementations, integrations, and workflow automations using Codex.
- Lead technical workshops, deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering teams.
- Contribute technical guides, examples, patterns, and best practices to the OpenAI Cookbook.
- Gather customer deployment insights and translate them into product proposals and model feedback.
- Advise customers on solution architecture, operational readiness, model configuration, security considerations, and adoption practices.
- Influence customer strategy regarding AI coding tools, software development lifecycles, technical roadmaps, and organizational workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical experience.
- Active power user of AI coding tools with substantial customization of personal developer workflows.
- Experience building demos, integrations, and prototypes, often using Codex to accelerate development.
- Experience delivering large, high-impact workshops or technical training to engineering teams.
- Experience contributing technical guides, patterns, or examples publicly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and guiding strategic customer decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces while partnering closely with customers.
- Commitment to customer success, reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
