Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and design solutions for consumer-facing Android mobile applications.
- Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions.
- Work with technical leads, managers, and product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmap.
- Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs.
- Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Keep up to date on cutting-edge technologies and incorporate that knowledge into the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven professional experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Coroutines, data binding, fragment transactions, and MVVM architecture.
- Familiarity with Clean architecture and SOLID principles is essential.
- Experience with GIT, SVN, Bitbucket, and AWS Code Commit is required.
- Strong knowledge in OOP, Collection Framework, Multi-Threading, and Kotlin coroutines is necessary.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and Dependency Injection frameworks like Hilt/Dagger is required.
- Familiarity with Google Play Services such as Google Maps, Location API, and FCM is essential.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts is a must.
