Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and design solutions for consumer-facing iOS mobile applications.
- Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions.
- Collaborate with technical leads, managers, and product stakeholders to define the technical roadmap.
- Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs.
- Work with developers and business analysts to understand complex technological systems.
- Provide high-level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements.
- Communicate solution approaches to architects and project teams.
- Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies and incorporate knowledge into the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of proven professional experience.
- Proficient with Objective-C or Swift and Cocoa Touch for iOS development.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of Android development, including Coroutines and MVVM architecture.
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, math, statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
