Responsibilities
- Perform mobile testing across iOS and Android while supporting web testing as needed.
- Manage incoming testing requests, priorities, and execution capacity.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and regression coverage in Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Translate product requirements and user stories into clear test scenarios.
- Maintain a device and OS coverage matrix for supported versions and devices.
- Test app flows including onboarding, authentication, and upgrade validation.
- Validate mobile-specific behaviors and hybrid experiences.
- Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, and usability.
- Capture clear test evidence in Azure DevOps.
- Identify, document, and verify defects across mobile and web products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess test coverage and release readiness.
- Support lightweight automation and API validation where appropriate.
- Provide concise QA status and risk summaries for releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software QA/testing experience, including testing native iOS and Android applications.
- Strong manual, exploratory, regression, and defect-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or a comparable system.
- Experience creating and executing structured test plans from product requirements.
- Ability to support web testing including functional and cross-browser validation.
- Strong attention to detail and execution reliability.
- Familiarity with Agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable with command-line tools and basic scripting.
