Software Test Engineer
NetDocumentsResponsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test cases using C# and testing frameworks.
- Create integration tests using Postman for API testing.
- Execute testing based on test plans and requirements, including unit and integration testing.
- Maintain CI/CD test suites and troubleshoot test failures.
- Execute test cases, report defects, and perform exploratory testing.
- Test installation and deployment scenarios and validate functionality across configurations.
- Collaborate with engineers on feature requirements, test planning, and quality improvements.
- Develop testing and automation skills while learning application architecture and testing strategies.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in software quality or test engineering.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and experience testing software applications.
- Experience with test automation in C# or similar languages.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Preferred experience includes client applications, Office integrations, email clients, synchronization systems, installation and deployment testing, multi-environment testing, legal technology or document management, and distributed teams.
