$161k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead complex, high-impact Professional Services engagements across Electric Distribution, Gas, and Water utilities.
Provide strategic direction and consulting expertise during all phases of ArcGIS implementation.
Collaborate across Esri to align strategy and drive decisions for long-term utility system success.
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and partners.
Build partnerships with external experts and internal leaders to drive alignment and strategic outcomes.
Advise utility customers on ArcMap migration strategies and system architecture tradeoffs.
Identify and operationalize the value of location intelligence within customer workflows.
Support business development for Utilities market growth, including grid modernization and AI readiness.
Mentor and develop senior consultants and emerging leaders.

15+ years of professional experience in GIS and enterprise consulting.
Proven ability to design and implement enterprise GIS solutions for utility infrastructure.
Evaluate and translate customer business goals into technical plans using Esri products.
Demonstrated experience in communicating technical ideas to various stakeholders.
Expert level understanding of Esri software products and their relevance to customer needs.
Knowledge of current technology implementation patterns leveraging Esri software.
Engage and collaborate with Tier 1 utility customers and internal teams at various levels.
Knowledge of software engineering and application development principles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or related STEM field.
