Base Salary
$106k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Map existing and potential workflows within the business domain.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Build business cases and align priorities with domain leadership.
- Design future-state workflows, defining roles for agents and humans.
- Implement agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms.
- Connect agents to business systems while adhering to IT and security guidelines.
- Monitor agent performance and track key performance indicators.
- Triage failures and iterate on workflows to improve performance.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting.
- Experience with AI, ML, and automation tools.
- Strong judgment in technical and process decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business contexts.
- Prior experience delivering measurable outcomes in a business setting is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise agentic platforms or model APIs is a plus.
- Background in regulated environments is advantageous.
