Responsibilities
- Map current and future workflows to identify opportunities for AI-agent and automation-driven efficiency gains.
- Build business cases, quantify projected impact, and align priorities with domain leadership.
- Map structured and unstructured data flows across enterprise systems and design target workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Build, deploy, integrate, and operate AI agents and automation pipelines using approved platforms and frameworks.
- Connect agents to business systems through MCP servers, APIs, webhooks, CLIs, and skills while handling authentication, schema drift, rate limits, and data quality.
- Configure prompts, context, tools, and retrieval pipelines for reliable production performance.
- Track throughput, quality, cost, intervention rate, cycle time, and adoption; build evaluations and re-run them after material changes.
- Triage failures, tune prompts and context, instrument tracing, structured logs, and dashboards, and retire workflows when appropriate.
- Enable business users through access, training, and reusable engineering artifacts.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting.
- Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior, including prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evaluations, and failure modes.
- Strong comfort with a cloud platform.
- Ability to manage elevated access with least privilege, auditability, and safe rollbacks.
- Strong technical and process judgment, including KPI-oriented prioritization and communication across business and technical stakeholders.

- Base salary ranges vary by cost-of-living area: $95,100-$118,900 for lower-cost areas, $105,700-$132,100 for standard-cost areas, and $116,200-$145,300 for higher-cost areas.
