Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.
- Build RAG solutions, semantic search capabilities, and enterprise knowledge assistants.
- Integrate AI solutions with business applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Package, deploy, and monitor AI applications in cloud environments.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and contribute reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI engineering best practices.
- Conduct demos, presentations, workshops, and technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Google ADK.
- Experience with prompt engineering, function and tool calling, agent workflows, memory concepts, and LLM-powered applications.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and embeddings.
- Experience with Docker and Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus CI/CD fundamentals.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals.
- 3–6 years of overall software engineering experience and at least 2 years of hands-on Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM application development experience.
- Experience delivering AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, or automation solutions in enterprise or production environments.
- Preferred qualifications include MCP, multi-agent systems, GraphRAG, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, PydanticAI, Promptfoo, RAGAS, knowledge graphs, and React or Streamlit.
