Responsibilities

Build AI-enabled versions of consulting workflows using LLMs, automation tools, Python or TypeScript, and agent frameworks.
Rapidly prototype and iterate with consulting teams to deliver working automations in days.
Instrument automations to measure usage and quantify time saved.
Own the technical development and internal deployment of one to two delivery accelerators each year.
Integrate solutions with SharePoint, GitHub, Azure, and approved LLM endpoints under AI governance rules.
Document architectures, prompts, limitations, and implementation details for future extension.
Support end users during rollout through bug triage, usability fixes, and minor feature additions.

Two to five years of combined experience across software engineering and AI or automation projects.
Ability to read and write Python or TypeScript and understand APIs, version control, and basic deployment.
Demonstrable portfolio of AI projects such as agents, RAG systems, automations, MCP servers, or LLM-powered tools.
Familiarity with at least one LLM at the API level, such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
Familiarity with at least one automation tool, such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom Python.
Strong practical engineering, rapid prototyping, user collaboration, and business workflow learning skills.
MBA or equivalent business training is a plus but not required.
Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, or agent frameworks is a plus.
Prior consulting or analytics experience, open-source AI contributions, or a public project portfolio is a plus.
