Responsibilities
- Build Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows within an existing custom framework.
- Deliver features end-to-end from technical specifications through unit testing.
- Implement REST and SOAP integrations using Named Credentials and Platform Events against defined contracts.
- Write tested, bulkified Apex that respects Salesforce governor limits and achieves meaningful test coverage.
- Debug Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis and fix defects with minimal regression.
- Follow Git workflows, deployment processes, code review practices, and sprint timelines.
- Coordinate with distributed team members, provide status updates, raise blockers, and participate in sprint ceremonies.
Requirements
- 7–11 years of relevant experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
- Experience developing in customized Salesforce organizations with custom objects and Apex-driven logic.
- Ability to work with triggers, batch Apex, Queueable jobs, SOQL, bulkification, governor limits, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience building Lightning Web Components with composition, custom events, wire adapters, imperative Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience implementing REST callouts, Named Credentials, JSON parsing, error handling, and contract-based adapters.
- Understanding of Salesforce object relationships, Custom Metadata Types, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, field-level security, and complex schemas.
- Proficiency with an IDE, Salesforce CLI, Git, branching, and pull requests.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes and communicating clearly across distributed teams.
