Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver business and technology solutions using AWS products, services, and platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to determine solutions for business and technology challenges.
- Use Storm, Reply, and industry best practices to deliver effective, quality-focused client solutions.
- Engage AWS partner resources to demonstrate AWS platform capabilities in client pursuits, industry events, and client engagements.
- Support business development through client meetings, solution development, proposal and Statement of Work writing, and project management.
- Maintain AWS certification as a Solution Architect or similar.
- Maintain current working knowledge of AWS products and services and their general uses.
- Work independently in client-facing roles to support Storm Reply and client businesses.
Requirements
- Current AWS Certification as a Solution Architect Associate or similar is required.
- At least three years of current hands-on experience implementing AWS-based solutions in client environments is required.
- Demonstrated Amazon Connect solution design and engineering expertise is required.
- Demonstrated AWS DevSecOps experience using AWS CloudFormation, AWS Lambda, or comparable industry-standard tools is required.
- Working knowledge of Agile development environments, Scrum, ceremonies, planning activities, and project cadence is required.
- AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification is preferred.
- Experience with the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework, AWS Well-Architected Program, AWS Migration Acceleration Program, or other AWS partner programs is preferred.
- Experience delivering client projects on one or more AWS platforms is preferred.
- Consulting industry experience is preferred.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, financial services, healthcare, retail or consumer packaged goods, power and utilities, education, or the public sector is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field is preferred.
