Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, scoping, and solution design workshops for OT operations, service management, vulnerability and incident response, and OT cyber risk management.
- Help clients establish OT CMDBs and related OT Service Catalogs for manufacturing service management processes.
- Provide expert support and technical mentoring to ServiceNow manufacturing cyber solution implementation teams.
- Deliver ServiceNow configuration and integration services and support quality assurance activities.
- Plan and coordinate testing, test acceptance, and remediation cycles.
- Build and present business cases for senior stakeholders and contribute to new ServiceNow-based solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and one or more of CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, or IRM.
- Experience with CMDB and a basic understanding of CSDM and service management concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
- Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.
- Ability to work in multinational and multicultural teams.
- Full professional proficiency in English and readiness to travel.
