Responsibilities
- 高レベルな要件を実装可能なソフトウェア要件へ分解する。
- MPC、推定、制御理論などの技術テーマを理解し、実装詳細について関係者と合意形成する。
- 量産レベルのC++コードを実装する。
- C++コードとコントローラ性能を、ユニットテスト、統合シミュレーション、実車試験まで評価・検証する。
- ソフトウェア設計上のトレードオフや変更影響を整理し、関係者と調整する。
Requirements
- 制御工学、推定、ロボティクスまたは関連分野の修士号または博士号。
- AD/ADAS、ロボティクス、その他の制御システムなどで3年以上の実務経験。
- 車両ダイナミクス、制御、推定に関する深い理解。
- C++によるプログラミング経験。
- MPCを実務レベルで理解し、要件を整理・調整できる能 力。
- 英語で業務を遂行できる会話・読み書き能力。
- 凸最適化、機械学習、大量生産向けソフトウェア開発の経験は歓迎。
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力は歓迎。
