Responsibilities
- Prepare technical design specifications with cross-functional teams based on product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance and platform-convergence activities.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer outcomes and organizational health.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and assist development teams with product-feature delivery.
- Mentor development staff and foster learning, communication, and effective technical decision-making.
- Lead cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of .NET full-stack development experience is required.
- At least 15 years of experience is stated as required; the posting also references a minimum of 10 years in software development or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and enhancing reliable and scalable systems using architecture and design patterns.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring, performance assessments, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, stakeholder-management, and technical-influence skills.
