Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and planning across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features and facilitate technical discussions.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and promote reliability, scalability, and engineering quality.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly with executive leadership, peers, and development teams.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives and translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Significant systems engineering experience involving analytical system design and implementation.
- Fluency in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products using microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for the right candidate.
