Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS, or TypeScript.
- Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems.
- Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional product team.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional backend development experience using Go, NodeJS, or TypeScript.
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Nice to have experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks.
- Nice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
