Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions from proof of concept and pilot through production deployment.
- Build and apply traditional machine learning models, LLMs, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders on project scope, technical approaches, success metrics, and deployment requirements.
- Build scalable and maintainable AI systems focused on accuracy, robustness, fairness, explainability, and responsible AI.
- Evaluate model performance, generalization, bias, edge cases, and resilience to adversarial inputs.
- Support the transition of AI prototypes into production systems through deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Contribute to documentation, governance, and compliance processes for enterprise and regulated environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field and 2–5 years of job-related experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 7 years of the same job-related experience.
- Proficiency in AI programming languages such as Python.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Solid software engineering skills, including testing, code quality, modular design, and performance awareness.
- Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines covering data preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment integration.
- Experience designing, training, and tuning deep neural networks.
- Understanding of model architecture, training dynamics, evaluation techniques, and reliability and safety considerations for agent-based systems.
- Exposure to autonomous or multi-agent systems, including agent orchestration and tool usage.
- Familiarity with deploying or supporting AI solutions on cloud platforms.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- A master’s degree or higher in computer science, machine learning, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience and knowledge of compliance and governance requirements are preferred.
