Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom ServiceNow software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, code quality practices, scalability objectives, and performance optimization.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional communication around technical and business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, including App Engine, CSM, Case Management, and integrations.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, code quality assurance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
