Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend infrastructure and APIs.
- Write robust, readable, and scalable code.
- Work in an agile environment focused on key client deliverables.
- Support knowledge sharing within the team and external groups.
- Communicate with technical and business audiences while working globally.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or ElasticSearch.
- At least 2 years of experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
- At least 1 year of experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years of work experience, or a master’s degree with more than 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, object-oriented design, and large-scale data-intensive applications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Django or Flask, Linux, Bash, JSON, cloud computing systems, and the loan lifecycle.
