Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable AI applications into production environments.
- Develop intelligent agents and AI-powered features by translating research into practical customer solutions.
- Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Promote responsible AI through bias detection, explainability, and safety alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong foundations in machine learning, deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and large language models.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and tools for managing the AI lifecycle.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for scalable software systems.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, ownership, and technical execution skills.
