Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain production observability stacks.
- Scale observability infrastructure across multiple data centers and Kubernetes clusters.
- Own logging pipeline architecture and refactoring efforts.
- Improve distributed tracing coverage and drive adoption across engineering teams.
- Manage EKS upgrades, node exporters, agents, and collectors.
- Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve system stability.
- Contribute to compliance and audit readiness.
- Evaluate and adopt new observability tooling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience.
- Solid hands-on production experience with observability systems.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Kafka, Vector, and VictoriaMetrics is a strong plus.
- Experience with logging pipelines: design, deployment, and refactoring.
- Understanding of distributed tracing and Service Performance Monitoring.
- Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, preferably EKS.
- Practical knowledge of storage trade-offs for observability data at scale.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in international technological companies.
