Responsibilities
- Own complete product surfaces end-to-end, including user interfaces, APIs, and underlying data models.
- Develop frontend and API-layer functionality for approximately 60% of the role and backend services for approximately 40%.
- Make complex distributed-system behavior understandable and performant through interfaces and APIs.
- Define architecture, ship features to production, monitor system behavior, and own production fixes.
- Make product and design decisions independently in an environment without detailed specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications in production.
- Demonstrated full-stack capability across distributed systems and polished user interfaces.
- Proficiency with React, Vue, or an equivalent modern frontend framework.
- Backend service development experience with Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or an equivalent technology.
- Experience designing APIs and data models that expose complex backend behavior intuitively.
- Strong architectural judgment and ownership of production outcomes.
- Experience with databases and data modeling for systems requiring real-time performance.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and taking ownership without detailed specifications.
- Preferred experience with knowledge graphs, semantic systems, graph databases, distributed systems, real-time inference, agent-based systems, developer-facing or infrastructure products, or enterprise data integration.
