Base Salary
$197k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features across configuration, experimentation, and segmentation surfaces.
- Develop backend services and the creator-hub web application.
- Own projects end-to-end from specification through launch with guidance from senior and principal engineers.
- Partner with product management, design, DSA/Discovery, and Data Platform teams.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, testing, monitoring, and the team’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with experimentation/A-B testing or feature-flag/configuration platforms.
- Exposure to real-time or large-scale data pipelines such as Druid or Kafka.
- Backend experience with Go and/or C#/.NET.
- Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience building creator- or developer-facing products.
- Ability to work across backend services and web frontend systems and own features through launch.
