Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based AI/ML modules, reusable scripts, APIs, and integration components.
- Build and test GenAI components, including prompts, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, and vector search integrations.
- Support agentic workflows involving tool calling, orchestration, state handling, and function routing.
- Participate in CI/CD, Docker-based packaging, deployment support, and cloud-native engineering activities.
- Own assigned build-test-deploy tasks and collaborate with L9/L8 engineers on production readiness.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and contribute to testing, observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Any graduation, BE, or BCA qualification.
- Strong Python programming skills, including asynchronous programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI or LLM solutions, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and RAG implementation.
- Deep understanding of agent design, reasoning loops, orchestration, multi-agent coordination, tool calling, function routing, memory, and state management.
- Experience developing REST or GraphQL APIs, microservices, or integration components.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, AI testing, monitoring, and LLM output evaluation.
- Working knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; AWS is preferred for the engagement.
- Knowledge of security principles, identity management, OAuth, Azure AD, AI guardrails, bias mitigation, and enterprise compliance.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Appian, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Teams, or Power Platform is valuable.
- English language ability at the International Intermediate level.
- Java or .NET experience may be accepted as an alternative programming capability, though Python is strongly preferred.
