
Technical Services Engineer III

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in impact.com’s products, platform capabilities, and enhancements.
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain technical integrations for new and existing clients.
- Partner with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions, and other teams to support onboarding and post-launch success.
- Own client technical issues end to end, including investigation, root-cause analysis, resolution, and communication.
- Manage and prioritize incoming technical requests through ticketing systems.
- Identify recurring issues, risks, trends, and insights and communicate them to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, training materials, and help content.
- Identify, scope, and help develop internal tools or reports that improve troubleshooting workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a technology-focused role at a digital marketing or technology-driven company, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
- Strong understanding of designing, implementing, and supporting client solutions on SaaS platforms.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, FTP, and related tools.
- Ability to analyze logs and data and write SQL queries when applicable.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing or the broader digital marketing ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
