Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, administer, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- Build and manage Azure Kubernetes Service clusters and containerized applications, including on-premises Kubernetes environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and ARM/Bicep templates, and manage configurations and deployments with Ansible and Helm.
- Write automation scripts using Shell, Python, and PowerShell.
- Administer Linux and Windows servers and implement security best practices.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives and optimize Azure costs.
- Design and manage Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, load balancing, traffic management, and DNS services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor of Technology is required; the posting also lists B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA as education qualifications.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services, infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, Python, Azure services, and on-premises Kubernetes.
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Knowledge of Shell or PowerShell scripting, Groovy, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights is preferred.
- Ability to configure Azure infrastructure services and endpoints using best practices.
- Experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, databases, AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Azure Front Door, Azure DNS, VPN Gateway, and ExpressRoute.
