Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy and requirements into maintainable, scalable solution designs within architecture guardrails.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and implement DevOps solutions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software builds, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, for scalability, security, and performance.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Integrate Agentic AI agents with CI/CD pipelines for code analysis, testing, vulnerability remediation, pull requests, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, including scripting with Bash or Python.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kubernetes clusters such as EKS, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience maintaining and managing Windows servers and IIS deployments.
- Knowledge of Git, static code analysis, vulnerability detection and remediation, and monitoring or logging tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship and fluent in written and spoken English.
- Preferred qualifications include ELK Stack, Prometheus, Harness, AWS certifications, security best practices, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
