Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve observability systems for the agentic platform, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
- Design and maintain CI/CD and release pipelines for shipping agent capabilities safely and quickly.
- Partner daily with product engineering teams to embed platform expertise into development workflows.
- Improve AWS, Kubernetes, database, networking, and other core production infrastructure.
- Build self-service infrastructure tools that reduce product engineers’ dependency on direct infrastructure support.
- Automate infrastructure tasks through scripting and light coding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering with direct ownership of production systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions.
- Working knowledge of databases such as Postgres, messaging or queuing systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience building or integrating observability tooling and making build-versus-adopt decisions.
- Hands-on experience building, operating, or supporting an AI, LLM, or agentic platform in production.
- Experience collaborating directly with product or application engineering teams.
- Comfort writing scripts or light code for infrastructure automation and understanding software architecture fundamentals.
- Ability to exercise sound technical judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Preferred experience includes distributed systems, data pipelines, data analysis, startup environments, and productizing internal tooling for self-service use.
