Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across frontend and backend systems.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of UI components.
- Support backend services focusing on data accuracy and system reliability.
- Enhance observability and monitoring through dashboards and alerts.
- Design and implement ad-tech-scale data and ML solutions.
- Write automated tests and improve tooling and quality.
- Participate in code reviews and drive alignment on technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners to deliver features on time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Background in AdTech with hands-on experience in ad serving and tracking.
- Solid backend development skills, preferably in Golang.
- Strong experience with React or a comparable frontend framework.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
- Interest in data science/machine learning concepts.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
