Base Salary

$89k - $207k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and operate an AI-powered software factory for a Siemens Teamcenter PLM modernization.
  • Design a modern DevSecOps and CI-CD pipeline with an agent-ready delivery toolchain.
  • Define productivity and quality metrics.
  • Integrate the software factory with Teamcenter customization and extension delivery.
  • Establish responsible-AI governance.
  • Enable onshore and offshore squads through shared standards and tooling.
  • Mentor technical leads.
  • Advise client and program leadership on AI-powered SDLC strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or delivery architecture.
  • Proven use of AI-accelerated software development life cycle practices.
  • Experience designing agent-ready pipelines and responsible-AI governance.
  • Experience enabling onshore and offshore engineering squads.
  • Working knowledge of PLM and Teamcenter customization delivery.
  • Advisory and pre-sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience with agentic development frameworks and MCP-based tooling is preferred.
  • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure and infrastructure-as-code experience are preferred.
