Responsibilities
- Build agent planning, execution, and self-healing systems for enterprise integration data flows.
- Develop and own components across connectors, data transformation, execution runtime, web applications, SDKs, and MCP servers.
- Make architecture and reliability decisions for production software operating on critical enterprise systems and data.
- Work directly with customers on technical requirements and implementation issues.
- Establish engineering patterns and standards as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and operating production software, including ownership in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong TypeScript skills and demonstrated experience building end-to-end applications, plus proficiency in Python, Go, or C.
- Technical judgment designing reliable, scalable infrastructure and production systems.
- Experience integrating with or implementing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data warehouse systems.
- Experience with data migration, ETL, system integrations, distributed systems, or data pipelines.
- Comfort working directly with customers on technical implementations or support.
- Open source contributions and evidence of technical depth through a substantial side project, founding experience, competitive programming, or rigorous technical training.
- Experience with LLM or agent tooling is useful.
Benefits
- Base salary of €90,000 to €150,000 annually.
- On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate if needed.
