Responsibilities
- Activate high-intent signups by following up on trial and developer-tier signups.
- Provide personalized problem-solving outreach to help users get started.
- Create tutorials, videos, and posts to establish a public voice.
- Develop first-success content and run sessions to demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for outreach and usage analysis.
- Report on activation stalls and success signals to inform Growth and Product teams.
- Route sales conversations and support issues to appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Technical background as a developer, support engineer, or customer-facing technologist.
- Empathy for developers and a motivation to solve real problems.
- Curiosity about business processes like funnels and activation.
- Fluency with AI tools and experience in building workflows.
- Strong communication skills across writing, video, and live sessions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to shape evolving expectations.
