Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy generative AI solution components on Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources into AI and LLM solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation strategies.
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into data pipelines, dashboards, and APIs for real-time analytics.
- Translate business requests into AI-enabled analytical and technical solutions.
- Stay current with generative AI advancements and applications in data analysis.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production-grade software.
- At least 1 year of experience deploying solutions on modern cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and either Java or C/C++.
- Experience with REST API clients and platforms such as Spring or Flask.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical results to varied audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include a related master’s degree, Vertex AI or comparable cloud AI/ML experience, Linux skills, NLP and deep learning knowledge, financial analytics experience, large-dataset experience, data visualization, data governance, model bias mitigation, regulatory knowledge, MLOps, model monitoring, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, LoRA, PEFT, RAG, multimodal AI, hybrid AI architectures, or AI community contributions.
