Responsibilities
- Build MCP server and client libraries integrating enterprise systems including Atlassian, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and Snowflake with AI agents.
- Develop production AI agent frameworks, orchestration, memory and state management, and use-case-specific agent harnesses.
- Build a unified Models Gateway with routing, fallback, quota enforcement, logging, token metering, and usage dashboards.
- Design RAG ingestion and retrieval pipelines with embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, vector stores, and context assembly.
- Create prompt registries, LLM evaluation pipelines, regression tests, hallucination detection, feedback collection, and performance dashboards.
- Develop GitHub Actions workflows, reusable SDKs and client libraries, and integrations with GitHub Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.
- Instrument AI services with OpenTelemetry and operate Azure Monitor dashboards, alerts, and on-call support for critical services.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience with Python or TypeScript in production environments.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, agents, tool use, or prompt-engineering systems.
- Strong understanding of REST API design, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with an agent or orchestration framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
- Practical Azure experience including Azure OpenAI, Azure Storage, and Azure Container Apps or AKS.
- Experience with Git branching, pull requests, code review, and CI integration.
- Ability to write clean, tested, and documented code, and fluency in English.
- Bonus experience may include MCP, Anthropic Claude API, vector databases, LLM evaluation frameworks, GitHub Copilot enterprise configuration, enterprise IT integrations, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or Grafana.
