Base Salary
$47k - $94k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into clear agent specifications.
- Design Claude-cowork solutions end-to-end, including system prompts, prompt chains, and connectors.
- Configure RAG and knowledge grounding from NiCE document and data sources.
- Build agents using Claude Projects, Claude Code in low-code mode, and Anthropic’s Agent SDK.
- Integrate agents with NiCE enterprise systems using MCPs and out-of-the-box connectors.
- Author and maintain a Claude prompt library, skills, agent design patterns, and reusable templates.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM platform, preferably Claude.
- Strong prompt engineering skills, including system prompt design.
- Familiarity with multi-agent and autonomous agent architectures.
- Comfort with low-code automation platforms like Power Automate.
- REST, JSON, and webhook literacy.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
