Base Salary
$79k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality scalable software solutions across backend systems and user interfaces.
- Build and integrate applications using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, web frameworks, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Use Claude Code, Kiro, and frontier LLMs for code generation, architecture, automated testing, and problem-solving.
- Analyze complex technical issues and improve system performance, reliability, code quality, and security.
- Conduct code reviews, contribute to coding standards, mentor junior team members, and help shape the technology roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably focused on SaaS or FinTech.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, and frontier LLMs.
- Experience with UI development, modern web application frameworks, RESTful API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems and deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with interest in innovation and emerging technologies.
