Base Salary
$98k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Write production-ready, testable code with full-stack ownership across mobile and backend systems.
- Design scalable, reliable, and high-performing software architectures.
- Perform failure analysis, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows engineering, compliance, security, and reliability standards.
- Troubleshoot production applications and communicate blockers and delivery risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development with backend interaction.
- Experience building backend-driven mobile applications, SDK-based integrations, mobile SDKs, libraries, and platform components.
- Expertise in API integration and mobile-to-backend communication patterns.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis across mobile clients and backend services.
- Experience supporting high-scale production applications and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of application performance, monitoring, and stability across mobile and backend ecosystems.
- C++ or C# experience is preferred but not required.
- Payments or FinTech industry knowledge is a plus.
